Each airport offers multiple service tiers — from basic immigration priority to full CIP Fast Track with private escort from the aircraft door.

Immigration Fast Track covers the priority lane at immigration only — ideal for travelers who just want to skip the queue and handle the rest independently. Immigration Departure Fast Track (Standard) meets you after you complete check-in and guides you through the priority immigration lane only — best for solo travelers and light packers. Full Departure Fast Track is a complete hands-free experience: staff meets you at the terminal entrance, assists with check-in and luggage, escorts through immigration, guides to security, and walks you to your boarding gate or lounge. Best for families, elderly travelers, and business travelers.

Full Departure Fast Track is fully available at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) from $88/person. Note that the Immigration-only Standard option is temporarily suspended at SGN. The Full service covers everything the Standard option includes — and more — making it the recommended choice for departures from Ho Chi Minh City.

AVIA's Connecting Fast Track supports three connection types: International → International, International → Domestic, and Domestic → International. Domestic → Domestic connections are not covered. The service is available at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) and Noi Bai (HAN) — the two main international hub airports in Vietnam.

AVIA recommends Connecting Fast Track for any layover under 2 hours at SGN or HAN, where immigration and transit queues can easily consume 60–90 minutes on their own. Phu Quoc Island has a special visa exemption policy allowing travelers of all nationalities to stay up to 30 days without a visa, provided Phu Quoc is your final destination in Vietnam and your next stop after Phu Quoc is outside mainland Vietnam. You must show proof of onward travel (return flight or cruise departure) to receive your Visa Exemption Stamp on arrival.
