Guide was helpful but the lane we were taken to was blocked for a while. We got through okay in the end, but it was a bit frustrating. Probably would use again though.
We were taken to the fast track lane, which was packed, and it still took 40 minutes. The normal queue was about 80 minutes, so we saved 40 minutes.

Yes. AVIA’s Connecting Fast Track service is specifically designed for transit passengers at Tan Son Nhat (SGN) and Noi Bai (HAN). It covers meet and greet at the arrival gate, guidance through immigration and customs, baggage collection and re-check support, terminal transfer, and escort to your next boarding gate. The service supports International–International, International–Domestic, and Domestic–International connections. It is not available for Domestic–Domestic connections.
Yes. AVIA’s Airport Transfer service offers fixed-price private car pickup and drop-off at Noi Bai (HAN), Tan Son Nhat (SGN), and Da Nang (DAD) airports. Vehicle options include 4-seat, 7-seat, and 16-seat cars. The driver tracks your flight in real time, waits at no extra charge if your flight is delayed, and assists with luggage. You can also book a transfer for someone else — AVIA will coordinate directly with the passenger.
AVIA offers a full refund if you cancel at least 24 working hours before your flight. You will also receive a full refund if AVIA’s representative cannot be located at the airport despite you following the instructions and contacting the hotline, or if no assistance is provided within 2 hours of landing.
