It covers meet and greet at the arrival gate, guidance through immigration and customs, baggage collection and re-check support, terminal transfer, and escort to your next boarding gate. The service supports International–International, International–Domestic, and Domestic–International connections. It is not available for Domestic–Domestic connections.

Vehicle options include 4-seat, 7-seat, and 16-seat cars. The driver tracks your flight in real time, waits at no extra charge if your flight is delayed, and assists with luggage. You can also book a transfer for someone else — AVIA will coordinate directly with the passenger.
AVIA offers a full refund if you cancel at least 24 working hours before your flight. You will also receive a full refund if AVIA’s representative cannot be located at the airport despite you following the instructions and contacting the hotline, or if no assistance is provided within 2 hours of landing.
